Overview

Pocket for Claude Code is a terminal app that connects your iPhone to your Mac for running Claude Code. Your privacy is important — this app is designed to keep your data on your devices.

What Data We Collect

We do not collect any data. Pocket for Claude Code:

  • Does not use analytics
  • Does not track usage
  • Does not send data to our servers
  • Does not include advertising

What Data Stays on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your iPhone and never leaves your device:

  • Connection Settings: Hostnames, usernames, and port numbers for your SSH/ET connections
  • Session Credentials: SSH keys and Eternal Terminal passkeys are stored in the iOS Keychain
  • App Preferences: Theme settings, font size, and onboarding state are stored in local app storage

Network Connections

Pocket for Claude Code connects directly from your iPhone to your Mac using:

  • SSH (Secure Shell) for initial connection
  • Eternal Terminal protocol for resilient sessions

These connections are made directly between your devices. We do not operate any intermediate servers or proxies.

Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Security

  • SSH keys and session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure credential storage
  • All network connections use encrypted protocols (SSH, ET)
  • No data is transmitted to external servers

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
